Management Consulting
Business Consultant
Role Overview
- You will be engaged in research and consulting projects across ASEAN, supporting Japanese, foreign-affiliated, and local companies in the formulation and execution of business and management strategies
- Depending on experience, the role may focus more on hands‑on delivery, or on team engagements and client relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry and regulatory research in Thailand and ASEAN, including data analysis, expert interviews and prepare research deliverables for both public-sector and private-sector
- Develop consulting deliverables such as reports, proposals, and presentations and support communication with project stakeholders by preparing meeting notes and support project managers/leaders on ad hoc tasks
- Formulate and execute management consulting projects on business and ASEAN expansion strategies for Japanese and local companies
- Contribute to new business development activities with strategic recommendations on various project themes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2-5 years of relevant practical work experience
- Strong logical thinking, with the ability to structure complex issues and derive clear insights
- Strong planning, presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for analysis and structured deliverables
- Business-level English skills
- Business-level Japanese proficiency is an advantage for effective communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or teams in large organizations, with responsibility for delivering business results, is an advantage and may qualify you for a leadership role
Preferred experience
- Consulting or research at a consulting firm or research organization
- Corporate or business planning at an operating company
- ASEAN market entry or overseas business experience at a Japanese enterprise, public agency, or think tank

Business Analyst Intern
Role Overview
- As a Business Analyst Intern, you will be staffed on active cases in which you will work together with teams to solve challenging problems
- This program provides you with a broad exposure to the strategy management consulting industry
Key Responsibilities
- Assist business analysts or consultants with data research and analysis tasks across diverse project needs under supervision
- Conduct independent research, gather relevant data sources, and perform preliminary data analysis
- Collaborate with business analysts or consultants to interpret data findings, draw key conclusions, and identify potential business insights
Requirements
- Undergraduates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, with expected graduation in the following calendar year
- GPA: 3.0 or above
- Strong interest in pursuing a consulting career
- Possess business level of English proficiency (Certificate required) with good interpersonal communication skills
- Japanese proficiency is optionally highly welcome to communicate stakeholders who mainly speaks Japanese
- Work Location: Able to work in Bangkok
- Able to provide an official internship approval letter from your university upon offer acceptance

System Consulting
Senior Consultant (Business Analyst)
Role Overview
- You will lead and deliver system consulting projects by identifying client needs, designing solutions and managing execution
- Depending on experience, the role may focus more on hands-on analysis and delivery, or on leading projects, teams and client relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and propose consulting services
- Manage multiple projects (typically 2–3 at a time) and ensure client satisfaction
- Lead project teams to achieve optimal performance and timely delivery
- Evaluate business processes, identify improvement areas and design solutions
- Develop and implement process optimization and system modernization initiatives
- Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into solutions
- Stay up to date with process and IT trends to automate and modernize systems
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights and recommendations
- Document, communicate and report analysis results to stakeholders
- Work closely with clients, technical teams and managerial staff
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and users
- Manage project plans, resources, costs, priorities and risks
- Monitor deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Update, implement and maintain project-related procedures
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to junior staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in project management preferably international projects including those in Japan
- Strong logical and structured documentation skills
- Strong planning, presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated consulting skills, with the ability to translate knowledge and practices into practical recommendations
- Good command of Thai and English language
